Account and personal data deletion

In accordance with Google Play Store and Apple App Store requirements, you have the option of requesting the deletion of your user account and associated personal data.

Deleted data

If you request deletion of your account, the following data will be deleted from our servers:

Account identifiers (email, name, etc.)
User profile data
Usage data associated with your account
Activity or sensor history (if applicable)

Retained data

Some data may be stored temporarily for legal, regulatory or security reasons:

Anonymized technical logs (kept for up to 30 days)
Aggregated non-identifiable data for statistical purposes (kept indefinitely)

None of this data is personally identifiable.

Processing times

Once we have received your request :

You will receive confirmation by e-mail
Your data will be deleted within a maximum of 30 days.
You will be informed once the deletion is complete
